About Me
As a child, I inherited my grandfather’s love for reading, which became my heaven during life’s challenges. Inspired by the solace and wisdom found within books, I resolved to become a librarian, aspiring to guide others toward the transformative power of literacy. My journey as a librarian began in  2016, and over the years, I have had the opportunity to serve as reference librarian in Sitagu International Buddhist Academy and  Buddhist related monastic societies.
In my current role at the Myanmar International School Yangon (MISY), I have expanded my focus to include early childhood literacy and event organization. In 2024, I taught Myanmar Social Studies for Key Stage 2 and Storytelling for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Building on this experience, in 2025, I taught Expressive Art and library sessions for EYFS students. I also successfully organized Book Week for both years, fostering a school-wide love of reading and literacy.
Beyond the library, I’m passionate about developing rural and orphan school libraries, writing contemporary poems and library-related articles, and hiking in mountain regions.
Area of Special Interest

My interest is seeking behaviours of user studies and promoting the library as a research centric society, exploring the ancient Myanmar and Pali literature from manuscripts and the new literacy subjects areas.
