About Me
I am Clara. I am a Teaching Assistant in Year 3. I have been working in MISY since 2024.
I have 4 years of experience in teaching. I help settle the children at the beginning of the day and assist with transitions (e.g. to assemblies or between lessons). I also help students with spelling, handwriting, grammar, maths, science, humanities and other subjects. I support the class teacher with daily lessons and provide one-on-one or small group sessions and support children with their learning. I especially enjoy helping students develop their confidence in every area.
I’m passionate about creating a positive and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and ready to learn. Whether I’m preparing resources, listening to readers, or supporting classroom activities, I always aim to help each child reach their full potential.
It’s a pleasure to be part of the MISY team and to support our Year 3 pupils on their learning journey. My goal is to further develop my skills in educational technology to enhance classroom experience. I like to read social history and educational books in my free time.
