About Me
I bring a diverse background in healthcare and early childhood education, with professional experience in both clinical and educational settings. I have served as a Nurse Aid at KBC Hospital and Grand Hanthar International Hospital, where I was responsible for supporting medical staff in patient care, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. These roles enhanced my clinical skills and deepened my understanding of healthcare protocols and patient-centered care.
In the field of education, I have worked as an Early Years Aid at Kings Yangon International School, where I supported the cognitive, social, and emotional development of young children within a structured learning environment. My responsibilities included assisting in classroom activities, maintaining a safe and engaging learning space, and collaborating with teaching staff to support individual student needs.
Currently, I hold the position of Nurse Assistant at Myanmar International School Yangon, where I contribute to the health and welfare of the school community. My role involves providing first aid, supporting student health needs, and promoting a safe and healthy school environment.
Area of Special Interest
My primary area of special interest lies in the promotion of student health and well-being within educational settings, with an emphasis on preventive care and early intervention. I am particularly focused on the integration of health services into the school environment to support the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of children and adolescents.
I am also interested in the intersection of healthcare and education, especially in the early years, where foundational support can have a lasting impact on a child’s overall development. My background in both clinical care and early childhood education has informed my commitment to fostering collaborative partnerships between health professionals, educators, and families in order to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.
Furthermore, I hold a strong interest in health education initiatives, including hygiene practices, nutrition, and mental well-being, aimed at empowering students to make informed and healthy choices from an early age.
