About Me
My name is Eric Snow, and I’m originally from the United States. I’ve been teaching across Asia for over ten years, including in Thailand and Vietnam. I’m a licensed U.S. teacher with certifications in Elementary Education, ESL, and Social Studies, and I hold a Master’s in Education from Moreland University in Washington, D.C.
This will be my fourth year at MISY, where I’ve had the pleasure of teaching Years 3 and 4. I’m excited to return to Year 5, a year filled with creativity, growth, and discovery. I’m looking forward to building a classroom community where learning is fun, engaging, and driven by student curiosity and individual interests.
Area of Special Interest
I believe school should be a place where students discover their passions. I love playing chess because it’s a game that combines learning with enjoyment. I bring this approach into my teaching, especially in Maths, where I create fun competitions. I believe that almost all things we learn can be enjoyable and engaging.
