About Me
With eighteen years of diverse teaching experience, including fourteen years at Myanmar International School Yangon (MISY) and four years at various English Language Centres, I bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to my role as an educator. As a positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic teacher, I am dedicated to creating a classroom environment that is both stimulating and encouraging for students. My goal is to foster a positive and safe learning atmosphere that extends beyond the classroom and into the staffroom, promoting a culture of optimism and support. My previous experience includes teaching English at Ponnami Language Centre and Nelson English Language Centre (NELC), where I developed a deep passion for language education and a commitment to professional growth. I am excited to continue inspiring and motivating students through engaging and innovative teaching methods.
Area of Special Interest
I am deeply passionate about teaching and inspiring students to develop a genuine appreciation for mathematics. My goal is to transform the way my students perceive and engage with the subject. Moreover, I have a strong affinity for traveling, which allows me to immerse myself in diverse cultures, learn new languages, explore remarkable destinations, and connect with people from various backgrounds. Recently, I’ve also developed a love for running and have especially enjoyed participating in jungle trail runs, which combine my enthusiasm for physical activity with my love of nature and adventure.
