Dear Parents and MISY Community,
This is a warm greeting from the Board of Directors of Myanmar International School Yangon (MISY). We are very proud to be the founders of both schools, MISY Yangon & MISY Mandalay. We are committed to strategically leading the schools and oversee their continuous development and sustainable growth. The passion and philosophy of the Board of Directors which has guided us since 2009 and made today’s MISY are as follows.
01 MISY will ensure that we meet, and exceed, the parents’ expectations with great understanding.
02 MISY will ensure that your children’s time commitment in MISY will be worthwhile for their future.
03 MISY will fulfil its obligations and commitments towards your children's high quality teaching and learning.
To fulfil the above aims, the Board of Directors work directly with the Head of Schools, the Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) of Yangon and Mandalay, the community and relevant government departments.
This MISY school website provides information regarding the school’s vision, mission, policies, calendar, curriculum, team members and also events, news and photos.
For the continuous growth of the quality purposes, now MISY Yangon has become the CIS accredited school in 2025 April. MISY Mandalay became a member of the Council of International Schools (CIS) in December 2025.
We always value and welcome the voices of parents, students, staff and the community for the benefit of the students and to create a happy and healthy school environment and an atmosphere that enhances their learning.
